About me
I work at the intersection of complex systems, behaviour change, and sensemaking – my PhD having been about bridging behaviour change and complexity sciences. I have led an applied life from the military to marketing and startups, more recently in e.g. the Finnish Behavioural Policy Team at the Prime Minister's Office. My current affiliations are with the New England Complex Systems Institute (NECSI), Heidelberg University (Medical Faculty Mannheim), Tampere University (Unit of Social Research: Social Psychology), and the World Health Network. I'm also involved in hands-on local community resilience work in Finland, the Eastern flank of Europe.
